Customer service is number one. While other computer and internet / media companies strive to gain clients rapidly, they in fact neglect their existing clients, providing poor customer service. MCCIS focuses on existing client's needs as if they were family. So much so, that they reject the Internet philosophy of "send us an email, and we will get back to you when ever we feel like it".
MCCIS's focus is on holding the client's hand all the way through the creation process and to be there all the way through the maintenance and support process. That's pretty much a lifetime commitment to providing excellent customer service. There is never a point where we say, " Ok, we can let this client slide now". It's just not in our makeup.
Because of this approach, we have been successful in building a clientele family based on quality service, which has generated hundreds of referrals. In fact, we have not advertised or been in the phone book for over four years! Yet, our business has continued to grow at over 30% per year!
